Sourdough French Toast

  1. Spread sourdough bread with Philly*.
  2. Top with kassler, spinach leaves, red capsicum and cheese; close lid.
  3. Dip the sandwich in the combined egg and milk mix.
  4. Allow the bread to soak up the liquid.
  5. Heat a frypan and fry the sandwich over medium heat until both sides are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  6. Serve immediately.
