Sourdough French Toast
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 30g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 4 thin slices kassler or bacon Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- 8 baby spinach leaves
- 1/4 roasted red capsicum
- 1 slice cheese (Gouda, Swiss cheese or Edam)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- Spread sourdough bread with Philly*.
- Top with kassler, spinach leaves, red capsicum and cheese; close lid.
- Dip the sandwich in the combined egg and milk mix.
- Allow the bread to soak up the liquid.
- Heat a frypan and fry the sandwich over medium heat until both sides are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- Serve immediately.
