chicken wings/ hot wings

  1. defrost chicken wings
  2. once defrosted cut wings at joints in wingets.
  3. mix al herbs spices and plain flour on a bowl
  4. cook in deep fryer on 180Celsius for 7 to 10 mins nd sit to rest nd cool down a little on paper towl
  5. if wanted hot sauce is just easy tomato sauce, BBQ sauce and chilli sauces of your choice
  6. ready to eat
