Harvey Wallbanger Mousse

  1. Combine yogurt, orange juice, Galiano,vodka, sugar and egg yolks in pan.
  2. Cook on med heat 4 minutes.
  3. Be careful not to boil mixture and stir constantly.
  4. Remove from burner and chill about 1 hour.
  5. Whip egg whites till stiff and soft peaks appear, add the gelatin and salt and contiue to beat till firm.
  6. Carefully fold whites into yogurt mixture.
  7. Turn into container.
  8. Chill at least 1 hour.
  9. Top with whip topping and orange slices.
  10. Serve.
