Cranberry Sauce With Blueberries Walnuts and Raisins Too
- 12 ounces fresh cranberries, rinsed and drained (3 cups)
- 13 cup walnut pieces
- 14 cup raisins
- 14 cup dried blueberries
- 12 cup orange juice
- 12 cup granulated sugar
- 13 cup brown sugar, packed
- 14 cup honey
- Combine ingredients in large saucepan over medium heat.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until sauce comes to a boil.
- Cook for 3 minutes or until cranberries begin to pop.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and cool.
- Cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
- Let stand for 1 hour at room temperature before serving.
