Low-Fat Red Beans And Rice (High Fiber)

  1. In large nonstick saucepan over high heat, combine all ingredients except rice.
  2. Bring to boil, boil for 1 minute and reduce heat to low.
  3. Simmer 30 minutes, adding water if needed.
  4. Stir occasionally.
  5. Serve over rice.
  6. Makes 4 servings.
  7. Calories 157 Fat 1 g Fiber 6.2 g.
