Turkey Or Chicken Salad Recipe

• 2 c. chicken or possibly turkey
• 1 tbsp. chopped onion
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 c. grapes
• 1 c. mandarin oranges
• 1 c. diced celery
• 1 c. macaroni rings (uncooked) then cook
• 1 c. salad dressing
• 1 c. whipping cream (no sugar)

1. Combine chicken, onion and salt and chill several hrs.
2. Combine rest of ingredients with first 3 ingredients and chill.
3. Before serving add in 1 c. whipped cream.
