Cottage Cheese: Open-Faced Sandwich

  1. Mix cottage cheese and dressing.
  2. Shred lettuce and slice cucumber, green pepper and tomato.
  3. Top pita bread with lettuce, 4 slices of cucumber, 4 slices of green pepper, 2 tomato slices and cottage cheese mixture.
  4. Enjoy the remaining sliced veggies on the side, along with a banana for dessert.
