Easy Italian Spaghetti Sauce Recipe
- 3 to 4 pork chops
- 2 lbs. grnd chuck
- 1/2 pound Italian sausage
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lg. can tomato sauce or possibly puree
- 1 lg. jar Prego spaghetti sauce
- Fry chops in shortening till brown.
- Remove and set aside.
- Fry grnd chuck and Italian sausage taken out of casing.
- Add in garlic and onion and fry till beginning to brown.
- Add in puree and spaghetti sauce and simmer 1/2 hour.
- Add in chops and simmer about 1 1/2 hrs.
- Remove chops and serve on the side.
