Mike's EZ Diablo Scorpion Jam

  1. Chop veggies while wearing your gloves!
  2. and place in blender with jelly.
  3. Don't over blend.
  4. You'll want some chunks.
  5. Place jelly in pot and simmer for 10 minutes on medium.
  6. Pour hot jelly into 2 large - clean Mason Jars and seal them tightly.
  7. Refrigerate until chilled and firmed.
  8. Serve on bagels with cream cheese, peanut butter or, fluffy biscuits with butter.
  9. I personally reccomend peanut butter.
  10. It's a fantastic medium!
  11. Also, have chilled whole milk or any cream based popsicle at the ready to cool off temperamental mouths.
