Apricot Ginger Conserve

  1. Wash apricots.
  2. Add water, ginger, orange and lemon juice, grated rind, and sugar.
  3. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Simmer slowly, stirring frequently, until thick and clear.
  5. Add nuts and cook 5 minutes.
