London Sun Martini

• 1 12 ounces dry gin, Beefeater preferred
• 12 ounce dry sherry
• 1 dash orange bitters
• 1 lemon twist (garnish)

1. Stir or shake all ingredients together and pour into martini glass.
2. Garnish with lemon twist.
