Chicken Bean Dip
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 12 ounces, weight Refried Beans
- 1 cup Shredded Chicken
- 12 ounces, weight Salsa
- 1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded
- 1/4 cups Diced Tomatoes
- 2 whole Diced Jalapeno Peppers Diced
- 2 whole Scallions Sliced Thin
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spread cream cheese over the bottom of an 8x8 baking dish.
- Spread beans over the top of the cream cheese.
- Sprinkle chicken over the top of the beans.
- Pour salsa over the chicken.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Sprinkle with tomatoes and jalapenos.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle sliced scallions just before serving.
- Enjoy it hot with chips!
