Homemade Chicken Nuggets

  1. Cut chicken into medallions (about 1/2 - 1 inch).
  2. In one bowl, mix together 1 egg, ranch dressing, brown sugar (2 tbsp), and milk.
  3. In another bowl, mix together flour, breadcrumbs, brown sugar (3 tbsp), salt & pepper (to taste), and parmesan cheese.
  4. Coat each piece of chicken in the batter, then in the breading.
  5. Pour just enough vegetable oil into frying pan to coat the bottom and turn burner on to medium heat.
  6. Place coated chicken into heated oil and fry each nugget until golden-brown and thoroughly cooked.
