Homemade Chicken Nuggets
- 2 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 14 cup milk
- 12 cup flour
- 14 cup breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- salt & pepper
- 1 teaspoon parmesan cheese
- Cut chicken into medallions (about 1/2 - 1 inch).
- In one bowl, mix together 1 egg, ranch dressing, brown sugar (2 tbsp), and milk.
- In another bowl, mix together flour, breadcrumbs, brown sugar (3 tbsp), salt & pepper (to taste), and parmesan cheese.
- Coat each piece of chicken in the batter, then in the breading.
- Pour just enough vegetable oil into frying pan to coat the bottom and turn burner on to medium heat.
- Place coated chicken into heated oil and fry each nugget until golden-brown and thoroughly cooked.
