Spicy Lamb and Vegetables

  1. In skillet, brown meat with onions and red pepper flakes.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add tomatoes, carrots and chutney.
  4. Cover and cook 15 minutes.
  5. Add green pepper and cook uncovered over medium-high heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve over hot cooked rice.
