BULL'S-EYE BBQ Pork Chop Sandwich
- 12 oz. boneless pork loin chops
- 1/4 cup BULL'S-EYE Spicy Hot Barbecue Sauce, divided
- 4 whole wheat sandwich rolls
- 8 romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 medium tomato, sliced King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 medium yellow onion, sliced King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing
- 2 tsp. honey
- 1/4 medium head cabbage, shredded
- 2 carrots, grated Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 2 medium apples, chopped
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) fat-free milk
- Broil pork chops 4 to 5 inches from heat, 6 to 9 min.
- per side, or until cooked through (170F), brushing occasionally with 2 Tbsp.

- Spread buns with remaining barbecue sauce.
- Arrange pork chops, lettuce, tomato and onion slices on buns.
- Mix dressing and honey in large bowl; add cabbage, carrot and apple.

- Cover and refrigerate coleslaw until ready to serve.
- Serve meal with an 8 fl oz glass of milk per person.
