BULL'S-EYE BBQ Pork Chop Sandwich

  1. Broil pork chops 4 to 5 inches from heat, 6 to 9 min.
  2. per side, or until cooked through (170F), brushing occasionally with 2 Tbsp.
  3. barbecue sauce.
  4. Spread buns with remaining barbecue sauce.
  5. Arrange pork chops, lettuce, tomato and onion slices on buns.
  6. Mix dressing and honey in large bowl; add cabbage, carrot and apple.
  7. Mix lightly.
  8. Cover and refrigerate coleslaw until ready to serve.
  9. Serve meal with an 8 fl oz glass of milk per person.
