Alfredo Hot Browns

  1. Trim crusts from bread slices, and discard.
  2. Place bread on baking sheet and broil 3 inches from heat until toasted, turning once.
  3. Arrange 2 bread slices in each of 4 lightly greased individual baking dishes.
  4. Top bread evenly with turkey.
  5. Pour hot Alfredo sauce evenly over turkey, and sprinkle with Parmesian cheese.
  6. Broil 6 inches from heat 4 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned;.
  7. Remove from oven.
  8. Top evenly with bacon and tomatoe.Serve immediatly.
  9. Note: A lightly greased 15X10 in jellyroll pan maybe substituted for individual baking dishes.
  10. Alfredo Sauce:.
  11. Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium/low heat.
  12. Add garlic, cream, white pepper and bring to a simmer.
  13. Stir often until thickend.
  14. Add parmesian cheese and simmer 8-10 minutes.
  15. When sauce has thickend add mozzarella cheese and stir until smooth.
