Hot Crab Dip

  1. Remove cartilage from crab meat.
  2. In a large bowl, blend the cream cheese, sour cream, salad dressing, lemon juice, Worcestershire, dry mustard, garlic and milk.
  3. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Fold crab into mix with 2+ tablespoons of Cheddar cheese.
  5. Pour into greased 1-quart baking bowl.
  6. Top with remaining Cheddar.
  7. Bake at 325u0b0 until brown and bubbly (approximately 30 minutes).
  8. Best served with stone wheat crackers.
