Skillet Beans

  1. Cook first 4 ingredients in a 10-inch, oven safe skillet over medium-high heat, stirring until meat crumbles; drain. Stir in beans, steak sauce and pepper.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cut biscuits in half and arrange on meat mixture. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 12-15 minutes.
  3. Brush biscuits with butter and broil 4 inches from heat (with oven door partially open) 2 minutes or until browned. Serve immediately.
