Biscuit-Topped Tomato Beef Bake
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 yellow onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 can (10 oz/284 mL) condensed cream of tomato soup
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose baking mix
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Brown meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add yellow onions; cook and stir 5 min.
- Stir in soup; cook 3 min.
- or until heated through, stirring frequently.
- Spoon into 2-L baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Beat egg and milk in medium bowl with whisk until blended.
- Stir in cheese and green onions.
- Add baking mix; stir just until moistened.
- Drop by spoonfuls over meat mixture.
- Bake 35 min.
- or until biscuits are golden brown and casserole is heated through.
