Small Rigatoni With Tomato And Basil Sauce Recipe

  1. Saute/fry onion and garlic in oil in medium skillet till onion is tender, but not brown.
  2. Add in tomatoes with liquid, basil and salt; bring to boil over medium heat.
  3. Reduce heat; simmer 20 min, stirring occasionally.
  4. Cook small rigatoni according to package directions; drain.
  5. Toss immediately with sauce.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley, if you like.
  7. About 4 servings.
