Baked Sausage Meat Ring Recipe
- 3 Tbsp. corn flakes
- 1 lb sausage meat
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. fine bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 1 x beaten egg
- 8 x scambled egg
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease 7 inch ring mold.
- Cover bottom with cornflakes.
- Combine the sausage, chopped onion, bread crumbs, parsley and 1 beaten egg.
- Place mix into mold.
- Bake for 15 min; drain the fat; and bake an additional 15 min or possibly till well done.
- Invert sausage loaf onto warm platter; and fill center with the scrambled Large eggs.
