Baked Sausage Meat Ring Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease 7 inch ring mold.
  3. Cover bottom with cornflakes.
  4. Combine the sausage, chopped onion, bread crumbs, parsley and 1 beaten egg.
  5. Place mix into mold.
  6. Bake for 15 min; drain the fat; and bake an additional 15 min or possibly till well done.
  7. Invert sausage loaf onto warm platter; and fill center with the scrambled Large eggs.
