Blueberry Crumble

  1. Place blueberries in baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  2. In medium bowl, combine quinoa, sugar, quinoa flour, cinnamon and butter.
  3. Sprinkle over blueberries.
  4. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until berries are bubbling and topping is golden brown.
