Blueberry Crumble
- 3 cups blueberries
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cups cooked quinoa
- 23 cup light brown sugar
- 12 cup quinoa flour
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 14 cup butter, melted
- Place blueberries in baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice.
- In medium bowl, combine quinoa, sugar, quinoa flour, cinnamon and butter.
- Sprinkle over blueberries.
- Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until berries are bubbling and topping is golden brown.
