dumpling
- 200 grams dumpling skin
- 1 pepper
- 250 grams minced pork meat
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 salt
- 1/2 carrot
- 120 grams prawn
- 50 grams water chesnut (cut to mini cubes)
- 1/2 onion (chopped)
- mix all filling ingredient
- put a small part of mixture meat at half of the dumpling skin
- fold from up to down and stick it with water
- fry the dumpling until golden colour
- or you may cook in soup.
- once see the dumpling float to the surface it means cooked.
