dumpling

  1. mix all filling ingredient
  2. put a small part of mixture meat at half of the dumpling skin
  3. fold from up to down and stick it with water
  4. fry the dumpling until golden colour
  5. or you may cook in soup.
  6. once see the dumpling float to the surface it means cooked.
