Slow Cooker Chicken Cacciatore
- 6 skinless chicken thighs
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1 (6 ounce) can italian tomato paste
- 12 cup white wine (optional)
- 12 teaspoon dried sage
- 14 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1.
- Place mushrooms, broth, tomato paste, optional wine and sage in cooker.

- Add chicken and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- 3.
- Remove chicken from pot and add thyme to sauce.
- 4.
- Mix cornstarch with 1/2 cup liquid from pot and stir into sauce.
- 5.
- Cook on high for 15 minutes or until thickened.
- 6.
- Add chicken to pot and reheat for a few minutes.
