For Those on a Diet Super-Delicious Natto & Tofu Salad

  1. Shred the cabbage with your hands and chop the cucumber into chunks.
  2. Refer to user Kaborin's "Kabo-Style Lettuce Salad"for details.
  3. Add the natto, tofu and shiso leaves (if you have them) into the salad from Step 1 and mix in the dressing.
  4. Use whatever dressing you like.
  5. Once the salad has been mixed it's ready to serve.
  6. If you want a low-calorie salad, eat this version.
  7. If you don't mind the extra calories, try dressing the salad with some mayonnaise and adding some tomatoes.
  8. Then top the salad with some more shiso leaves if you like.
