For Those on a Diet Super-Delicious Natto & Tofu Salad
- 1 pack Natto (3 pack set)
- 1 pack Tofu (3 pack set)
- 1/4 Lettuce
- 1/4 Cucumber
- 1 Salt Dressing (or your choice of dressing)
- 2 leaves Shiso leaves (optional)
- 1/4 Tomato (optional)
- 1 dash Mayonnaise (optional)
- Shred the cabbage with your hands and chop the cucumber into chunks.
- Refer to user Kaborin's "Kabo-Style Lettuce Salad"for details.
- Add the natto, tofu and shiso leaves (if you have them) into the salad from Step 1 and mix in the dressing.
- Use whatever dressing you like.
- Once the salad has been mixed it's ready to serve.
- If you want a low-calorie salad, eat this version.
- If you don't mind the extra calories, try dressing the salad with some mayonnaise and adding some tomatoes.
- Then top the salad with some more shiso leaves if you like.
