Coconut Sorbet
- 4 cups fresh coconut milk
- 1 34 cups sugar
- 14 cup whipping cream
- In a non stick saucepan heat coconut milk and sugar together.
- Occassionally stir, and keep a watch on it so the coconut milk and it's oils do not separate.
- Simmer for 3 minutes, or until all the sugar has been dissolved.
- Remove from heat.
- Add the cream and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
