Potato And Cheese Casserole Recipe

  1. To Microwave: In medium bowl, stir soup till smooth.
  2. Add in cheese, lowfat milk, pepper and garlic; stir till well blended.
  3. In 2 qt microwave-safe casserole, layer 1/2 of the potatoes, 1/2 of the onions and 1/2 of the soup mix; repeat layers.
  4. Cover with lid; microwave on High 23 min or possibly till potatoes are tender, rotating dish 3 times during cooking.
  5. Let stand, covered, 5 min.
  6. Makes 6 servings.
