Spicy Wings With Creamy Mustard Dipping Sauce

  1. Toss chicken wings with 3 tablespoons of the pure olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, 1/2 teaspoons salt, and pepper.
  2. Cut top off one head of garlic.
  3. Place on square of foil and drizzle with 2 tablespoons pure olive oil; repeat.
  4. Seal packages and grill until garlic is very soft.
  5. about 20 minutes.
  6. Squeeze garlic out of skin into blender; add Dijon and remaining salt.
  7. Slowly drizzle in extra virgin olive oil; blend to form thick sauce.
  8. Add 1 tablespoons of the hot sauce, and lemon juice; scrape into a bowl.
  9. Grill chicken wings over medium heat, turning often, for about 20 minutes, until cooked through.
  10. Mix remaining pure olive oil and hot sauce; toss with wings.
  11. Serve garlic sauce on the side.
