Quick Cherry Tomato and Pesto Pizza

  1. Toss tomatoes with 2 teaspoons of the oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Transfer to a baking sheet and roast at 450 for 12 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven and set aside.
  4. Place dough on lightly floured work surface and roll out to 1/4 inch thickness.
  5. Using fork, dot dough with small holes.
  6. Place on pizza pan.
  7. In a small bowl, combine remaining oil with pesto and spread over pizza crust.
  8. Top with pine nuts, garlic and roasted tomatoes.
  9. Bake 15-20 minutes.
