Sirloin Stroganoff Recipe
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 2 (4 ounce.) cans mushrooms, liquid removed
- 3 lbs. sirloin steak, cut 1 1/2 inch strips
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 (8 ounce.) Packages lowfat sour cream
- Chopped parsley
- Fresh, warm cooked noodles
- Saute/fry onion in butter 3 to 5 min.
- Stir in mushrooms, add in beef and cook till browned.
- Add in next 6 ingredients, reduce heat and simmer 10 to 12 min.
- Remove and stir in lowfat sour cream.
- Cook over low heat till blended.
- Serve over noodles.
