Bourbon Chicken Recipe

• 4 Tbsp. butter
• 4 x boned and skinned chicken breast halves
• 6 ounce frzn orange juice concentrate - thawed
• 3 Tbsp. bourbon

1. Brown chicken in butter over medium heat.
2. Add in orange juice concentrate; simmer till chicken is tender.
3. Remove chicken from pan.
4. Add in bourbon to orange juice.
5. Place chicken back into the sauce.
6. Heat through and serve immediately.
