Bourbon Chicken Recipe
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 4 x boned and skinned chicken breast halves
- 6 ounce frzn orange juice concentrate - thawed
- 3 Tbsp. bourbon
- Brown chicken in butter over medium heat.
- Add in orange juice concentrate; simmer till chicken is tender.
- Remove chicken from pan.
- Add in bourbon to orange juice.
- Place chicken back into the sauce.
- Heat through and serve immediately.
