Tilapia with Grilled Tomatillo Salsa & Serrano Mayo

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Thread tomatillos, onions, chiles and garlic onto skewers; brush with dressing.
  3. Grill 10 to 12 min.
  4. or until vegetables are tender, turning after 6 min.
  5. Meanwhile, brush fish with oil.
  6. Add to grill; cook 3 min.
  7. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  8. Remove ingredients from skewers.
  9. Peel garlic; chop finely.
  10. Mix 1/3 of the garlic with mayo in small bowl.
  11. Remove stems from chiles; finely chop chiles.
  12. Stir half the chiles into mayo mixture; set aside.
  13. Chop tomatillos and onions; place in separate small bowl.
  14. Add remaining garlic and chiles; mix well.
  15. Serve fish topped with tomatillo and mayo mixtures.
