Healthy & Yummy Banana Cake

  1. Cream together the butter and the sugar.
  2. Add the egg, bananas, and vanilla.
  3. Sift together all dry ingredients.
  4. Add half of the dry ingredients to the banana mix and alternate with half of the yogurt.
  5. Blend well after each addition.
  6. Pour into a 9" greased and floured pan.
  7. Bake in a 350F oven for 45-50 minutes.
