Mehgan's Favorite Pork Chops In White Sauce Recipe

  1. Fry pork chops under medium-low heat in bacon grease and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Cover with lid while frying to keep chops moist.
  3. Fry only till lightly browned.
  4. Separately cook rice.
  5. Separately make white sauce in large Dutch oven.
  6. Add in pork chops and their juices into white sauce; stir well.
  7. Simmer gently for at least 20 min.
  8. Serve chops with rice smothered in white sauce/gravy.
  9. Serves 5 people.
