Sauteed Mushrooms and Herbs

  1. Wash and wipe mushrooms dry.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter until very hot and add mushrooms.
  3. Toss quickly in hot oil.
  4. Reduce heat, cover and cook 6-7 minutes.
  5. Remove lid and continue cooking until all liquid evaporates.
  6. Set aside until meal is ready.
  7. When your meal is ready to serve, reheat the mushrooms and sprinkle with chopped herbs and garlic.
  8. Toss to mix.
  9. Season with salt and pepper.
