Breakfast Egg Casserole Recipe
- 16 slices bread, crust removed
- 8 slices ham
- 8 sliced Old English cheese
- Beaten Large eggs
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 3 c. crushed cornflakes
- Line pan with half of bread.
- Layer ham, cheese, and cover with beaten Large eggs.
- Mix lowfat milk, mustard, and salt; pour over bread.
- Chill overnight.
- Next morning, add in butter and corn flakes; bake 15 min at 350 degrees for 50 min at 300 degrees.
- Cut and serve.
