Asiago Bucatini with Shrimp

  1. In a small bowl whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper; add Asiago cheese and basil leaves; set aside.
  2. Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
  3. In a medium non-stick skillet quickly stir-fry shrimp until pink.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. In a large pot of boiling salted water add pasta and cook until al dente.
  6. Drain and add lemon/cheese sauce, shrimp, capers and basil, stir and serve.
  7. Makes 4 servings
