Onion Cheese Bacon Tart

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cheese.
  3. Beat until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs, beat again until well mixed.
  5. Stir in herbs.
  6. Pour half cheese mixture into tart shell.
  7. Lay cooked onions and bacon on filling.
  8. Pour remaining filling over all.
  9. Bake for 10 minutes.
  10. Reduce heat and bake for another 30 minutes.
  11. Remove from oven and cool on rack.
