Tortilla Crusted Pork Chops
- 1- 1/2 pound Trimmed Boneless Pork Chops (about 6 Ounces Each)
- 1 cup Crushed Tortilla Chips (place Chips In A Ziplock And Crush With A Rolling Pin, Or Use A Food Processor)
- 1/4 cups Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spread crushed tortilla chips on a plate and set aside.
- Mix mayonnaise, onion powder, and hot sauce in a small bowl.
- Salt and pepper both sides of the pork chops and brush mayonnaise mixture on both sides.
- Press pork chop into the crushed chips so both sides are lightly coated.
- Place pork chops into a baking dish and bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
