Tortilla Crusted Pork Chops

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Spread crushed tortilla chips on a plate and set aside.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, onion powder, and hot sauce in a small bowl.
  4. Salt and pepper both sides of the pork chops and brush mayonnaise mixture on both sides.
  5. Press pork chop into the crushed chips so both sides are lightly coated.
  6. Place pork chops into a baking dish and bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
