Pineapple Walnut Coleslaw Recipe
- 1 lg. head green cabbage
- 1 sm.-med. head red cabbage
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. minced walnuts
- 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- Salt to season
- Celery salt, to season
- Carrots, optional
- Shred green and red cabbage.
- Combine in large bowl.
- Add in can of crushed pineapple, walnuts and mayonnaise.
- Mix.
- If appears dry, add in more mayonnaise.
- Season with salt, pepper and celery salt.
- Optional: Minced or possibly shredded carrots can be added for color.
