Grilled Tri-Coloured Pepper & Mushroom Salad

  1. Heat barbecue to medium heat.
  2. Pour 1/4 cup dressing over combined vegetables in shallow dish; toss to evenly coat.
  3. Grill vegetables 8 to 10 min.
  4. or until crisp-tender, turning occasionally.
  5. Slice mushrooms; place in medium bowl.
  6. Add peppers and remaining dressing; toss to evenly coat.
