Grilled Tri-Coloured Pepper & Mushroom Salad
- 1/2 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
- 1 each green, red and yellow pepper, quartered Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
- 4 portobello mushrooms (1/2 lb./225 g), gills removed
- Heat barbecue to medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup dressing over combined vegetables in shallow dish; toss to evenly coat.
- Grill vegetables 8 to 10 min.
- or until crisp-tender, turning occasionally.
- Slice mushrooms; place in medium bowl.
- Add peppers and remaining dressing; toss to evenly coat.
