Shrimp & Scallops In Avocados Recipe

  1. Heat butter in a large skillet.
  2. Saute/fry onions, shrimp, scallops and garlic in butter till tender (about 5 min).
  3. Layer avocado slices in baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  4. Pour seafood mix over avocados.
  5. Top with shredded cheese and bread crumbs.
  6. Broil 3 to 4 min or possibly till cheese is melted and browned.
  7. Serve warm with French bread.
  8. Makes 4 servings.
