Boothby Cocktail Recipe

• 1 1/2 ounces bourbon
• 1 1/2 ounces sweet vermouth
• 2 dashes angostura bitters
• Ice
• 1 ounce champagne or sparkling wine, chilled
• 1 orange twist

1. Chill a champagne glass.
2. Combine the bourbon, vermouth, and bitters in a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice and stir until the shaker is frosty on the outside.
3. Strain into the chilled glass, top with the champagne or sparkling wine, and garnish with the orange twist.
