Ham Rolls
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 package Rectangle Sliced Sandwich Ham (1 Pound Package)
- 1 jar Whole Dill Pickles (32 Ounce Jar)
- Youre probably not going to end up with an even number of ham slices and pickles.
- Lay out a slice of ham and blot the moisture with a paper towel.
- Spread cream cheese over the surface of the ham.
- Take a whole pickle and dry it off.
- Roll the pickle up in the cream cheese-coated ham.
- Repeat until you run out of one of the ingredients (whichever runs out first, then stop!
- ).
- Place the rolls in the refrigerator to firm the cream cheese.
- Remove from the refrigerator and slice, making the slices about 1/4 inch wide.
- These are very simple, but always make a big impression!
- Youll be surprised how great they are.
