Fantastic Sweet and Sour Sauce

• 1 cup good quality pineapple juice (Not from concentrate)
• 2 teaspoons blue dragon sweet chili sauce
• 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
• 2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce (I use Kikkoman)
• 2 teapoons cornflour

1. Mix cornflour with a little of the pineapple juice, and add all ingredients to a saucepan and slowly bring to the boil stirring continuously.
2. Add small amount of red food colouring (optional).
