Creamy Mustard Pasta
- 23 cup whole wheat penne
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- salt
- pepper
- parsley
- Boil water for pasta.
- Once boiling place pasta in water and cook until ready, about 5 minutes.
- While cooking pasta, steam broccoli in microwave or over stove until tender.
- Once pasta is cooked drain and return to pot.
- Add vinegar, mustard, pepper, and parsley.
- Stir until well blended.
- Enjoy!
