Great Greek Salad
- 14 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 34 teaspoon dried oregano
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced thin
- 1 seedless cucumber, sliced
- 1 bunch broccoli, chopped
- 12 Greek olives, drained
- 3 tomatoes, sliced
- 12 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- In a small bowl, whisk together first 6 ingredients for dressing.
- In a large bowl, toss remaining ingredients.
- Pour dressing over the salad and toss again.
