Fabulous Marbled Cheesecake

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, walnuts, sugar and butter; press firmly on bottom of 9-in springform pan.
  3. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  4. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  5. Beat in eggs, one at a time, flour then vanilla.
  6. Measure 1-1/2 cups batter into medium bowl.
  7. Add melted chocolate; mix well.
  8. Spoon half the vanilla batter into prepared pan then half the chocolate batter.
  9. Repeat process ending with chocolate batter.
  10. With metal spatula or table knife, gently swirl batter to marble.
  11. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until center is set.
  12. Cool.
  13. Chill.
  14. Garnish as desired.
  15. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
