tacos de lomo(ribeye tacos)
- 3 lb thin sliced ribeye
- 1 garlic powder
- 1 black pepper
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 chopped cilantro
- 1 lemon
- 1 lime
- 1 mexican crumbling cheese
- 1 el milagro corn tortillas
- preheat charcoal grill
- remove excess fat from ribeyes
- lightly dust ribeyes with garlic powder and black pepper
- cook ribeyes on grill to your liking
- warm double layered tortillas on grill
- fill tortillas with strips of ribeye
- top with onion cilantro and cheese
- squeeze fresh lemon n lime over tacos for added flavor
- top with your favorite salsa and enjoy!
