Mother's Corn Casserole

  1. Beat eggs.
  2. Add milk, sugar, cornmeal, corn, onion, green pepper, celery, water chestnuts to eggs.
  3. Melt 1 tablespoon margarine in 8 x 8 casserole dish.
  4. Add ingredients.
  5. Sprinkle casserole with pimentos, paprika and salt.
  6. Bake at 350F - 45 to 60 minutes or until done.
